The communication plan assume to use tools as follows:

  • project website with content: presentations, brochures, GDPR toolkit (data protection self-assessment checklists)
  • articles in newspapers
  • e-mail campaigns
  • press conferences
  • interviews with project experts
  • digital media campaign ( included campaigns in social media on profiles – Twitter – Facebook, LinkedIn, project website, animated promo video)
  • information and promotion materials on GDPR for SMEs – preparation, printing and distribution of information materials for the target group (numerous of disseminations materials as follows: leaflets, brochures, posters, notes, pens, roll-ups, drops with logo of project)
  • cooperation with organizations associating the target group
  • summary publication of the project -2 publications- report / guide, pdf (graphic design)
  • publications in the media (creating a database of local and regional media, sending press releases about planned events, database of journalists, media relations, problem articles for SMEs, expert comments, dispatch once a quarter- activities of AZOP and DPC Press Team)
  • invitations of journalists – adequate to the dates of consultations and conferences.
